At Chronoswiss we never stand still. We drive innovation and stretch boundaries. We go our own horological way and define our own rules.
Now the inventor of the Flying Tourbillon Regulator has redefined the rules for watchmaking once again. The Chronoswiss Open Gear Flying Tourbillon has a unique 3D regulator set-up and a hypnotizing handmade guilloché that comes in 3 different patterns and makes you question common design rules. The halfskeletonized flying tourbillon is completely designed in-house, at the atelier in Lucerne.
The modern mechanical timekeeper comes in 3 breathtaking colors: Paraiba, Meteorit & Sunset.
The color changing Paraiba dial can only be found at Chronoswiss and is the result of relentless testing and creativity. Just like the famous Paraiba gem stone, the dial is able to change its color depending on light & angle and creates breathtaking effects.
The Sunset dial is combined with a matching orange strap and goes along astonishingly well with the blue color of the Chronoswiss manufactured caliber in dark blue. It seems as if the orange dial is slowly merging with the blue, partly skeletonized caliber, just like a sunset in your dream destination.
The Meteorit dial on the other hand reflects a technical, clean and modern approach to design. The cold, yet mesmerizing grey of the handmade guilloche dial is classic and progressive at the same time.
Chronoswiss has managed to create a Flying Tourbillon Regulator in colors that are completely unique in the watchmaking world. A daring step that is rewarded by outstanding timepieces that will leave their mark in horological history. The tourbillon may have roots stretching back to the end of the 18th century, but the 3 new Open Gear Flying Tourbillon timepieces have everything you should expect from a modern mechanical timepiece and stand for the Chronoswiss DNA.
Since the very first Chronoswiss tourbillon the company has taken giant leaps. Both the progressive design, as well as the technical complication set standards. To this day, the flying tourbillon is one of the most advanced feats of horology to make it even more exclusive, the three Chronoswiss Open Gear Flying Tourbillon timepieces are limited to 15 pieces worldwide.
